Xanthe - The name of a number of minor characters in Greek mythology, including the wife of the healing god Asclepius, one of the Amazons, and one of the Oceanids, daughters of the Titan Oceanus (Ocean). The name means 'blonde haired' or 'golden haired'.

Xanthus
- Balius and Xanthus (blonde haired') were two immortal horses, the offspring of the avenging harpy called Podarge and the West Wind, Zephyrus (see below). Other sources name Zeus as their father. God of the Sea Poseidon gave the two horses to King Peleus as a wedding gift, when Peleus married the Ocean goddess Thetis. Peleus later gave the horses to their son Achilles who took them to draw his chariot during the famous Trojan War.
Xanthus Energy is the offshore wind energy division of Ocean Resource Ltd. Their slogan is Power Born of the Wind, and their logo features a stylized horse;

Zarex
- The son of Carystus and grandson to the centaur Chiron, Zarex was a mythological hero who founded the town of Zarex in Laconia. He was famous for having learned the music of Apollo, making him an accomplished musician. Zarex married a woman named Rhoeo and adopted her son by Apollo named Anius.
Zarex Drink is a non-alcoholic American sweet drink concentrate that can either be mixed with water, poured over shaved ice, used in cupcakes, or poured into alcoholic beverages. 
Zarex Business Centre is a business consultant company based in London, Ontario, Canada.


Zephyrus
 - In Greek  mythology, the Anemoi ("Winds") were Greek wind gods who were each ascribed a cardinal direction from which their respective winds came, and were each associated with various seasons and weather conditions. Zephyrus was the west wind and bringer of light spring and early summer breezes.

Zetes - Brothers Zetes and Calais, called the Boreadae, are generally described as winged beings, though some say that they had wings at their heads and feet, and others that they had them only at their feet, or at their shoulders.

Zeuxo - In Greek mythology, Zeuxo was one of the Oceanids, the nymphs associated with water. They numbered 3000 (meaning 'innumerable') and were the daughters of the Titans Oceanus and Tethys.
